Does HelpGhost write back to my KB automatically? - We are currently exploring the write back functionality to certain KBs, but at the time we do not. We recommend making sure you are approving pending entries in scholar, so for future similar tickets we can pull that information to help the next tech working on it. In the meantime, you can copy the text in Scholar and use that information to update your KB.
