Hudu Integration

  1. In Hudu navigate to Admin Page > API Keys > New API Key

    1. Enter “HelpGhost” for Name

    2. Limit scope to: Full Access

    3. Company “Leave Blank”

    4. Mark “Export Data” under “Key can perform the following actions”

  1. Copy the API Key generated in Hudu and continue to add it to HelpGhost

  2. In HelpGhost Navigate to Settings > Integrations

    1. Activate Hudu under KnowledgeBase Integrations

    2. Click “Hudu Settings”

    3. Paste API Key from step 2

    4. Copy the url from your Hudu environment and past in “Hudu Settings”

      1. Usually (company name).huducloud.com

      2. HelpGhost will filter out any url params, so you are safe to copy the entire url

    Navigate to HelpGhost Scholar > Data Sources in order to add Hudu documents and sources
